The session focused on the use of information technology to grow closer to customers, including new developments in the social media arena. The session was moderated by Debra D'Agostino, Deputy Director, Americas, Economist Intelligence Unit, and also featured Gary Plotkin, CIO, Hartford Financial, and Mary Sobiechowski, CIO, Sudler & Hennessey.
