UPS Delivers for NPO Ashinaga to Support Children of Japan's Tsunami Victims
UPS Japan supported Japanese non-profit organization Ashinaga in their fundraising efforts during the recent Honda LA Marathon in Los Angeles, Calif., U.S.A. Ashinaga a group that provides educational/emotional support for orphans worldwide, was raising funds at the event for children who lost their parents in the Great East Japan earthquake and tsunami. UPS transported materials to set up Ashinaga's donation booth at the venue, which included wrist bands and booklets containing essays of the bereaved children that were distributed at the booth.
