UPS's Expense Management Solution
UPS's Expense Management Solution combines UPS CampusShip® with
UPS Flat File Bill to change customers’ business processes. This change results
in cost savings for shipping tasks, and a more organized and efficient way to
manage shipping procedures. In addition, UPS Quantum ViewSM Notify
e-mails package status providing greater shipment visibility and ability to
offer greater customer service.

CampusShip requires employees to enter a reference number per shipment that

This Web-based system provides far-flung
users the ability to process a label and ship from any computer with Internet
access, while also providing company-administered control of shipping service
levels and cost center billing. CampusShip is used by thousands of companies,
and earlier this year became available in 24 countries and territories.
- UPS Flat File Bill and Tool
The bill is information-rich
data that arrives each Monday via an e-mail link, then is downloaded;
an easy-to-use Microsoft Access database application that uses the Flat File
Bill to give you total visibility into shipping costs, sorting by cost
code or department and creates custom reports.
- Quantum View Notify
A suite of e-mail services requested
at the time of shipping that provides updates to shipper and/or receiver
regarding shipment, delivery and any delays.
