launch of a new product portfolio across Europe. He was also charged with
eliminating redundant telecommunication infrastructures and consolidating multiple
IT groups across Europe.
Watson returned to UPS's corporate headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia, in 1998
as the international IT coordinator. In that role, he was responsible for all
international systems, including the coordination of the Y2K activities in all
countries outside the United States. Watson assumed his current position in 2004.
