UPS Names New District Executive

 
Mike Horman to Direct Sales in Central Florida

ORLANDO, Aug. 21, 2007 - Mike Horman, a 22-year veteran of UPS (NYSE:UPS), will become director of sales for the UPS Central Florida District. In his new role, Horman will direct all sales and marketing activities in a large part of central Florida stretching from Orlando to Tampa.

Horman, who will be based in Orlando, most recently served as director of sales in UPS's Prairie Mountain District covering Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota and Montana. He began his UPS career in 1985 as a loader and part-time package handler in the Indiana District. He then moved through a series of jobs with increasing responsibility in sales and marketing.
